I am responsible for the day to day running of the business. I work closely with the branch managers to ensure that we deliver a fresh and enthusiastic approach to Estate Agency. I have more than 10 years experience in the industry working previously for large independents and corporate organisations.
SALES BRANCH MANAGER
I have been working in the industry since 2006 and have experience in both sales and lettings. My knowledge and experience aids me in being able to provide a unique tailored service for our clients with their best interests in mind at all times.
ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
I have been working in the industry since 2008 and have built a wide range of knowledge and expertise. A priority of mine is to provide excellent customer service and to ensure that we maximise the presentation of each property that we market.
ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER
I joined Century Residential in 2013 after working within a completely different industry. Since then i have been attending regular training workshops to ensure that i am best placed to provide advise to our tenants and landlords. I regularly carry out valuation as well as running our lettings office.
BRANCH MANAGER OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
I am responsible for the running of property management, i also chase rents, renew tenancies, handle property inspections and make payments to our landlords and contractors. Property Management can be stressful at times, but i love a challenge and i really enjoy resolving problems.
My main role is to ensure that our properties are let within a reasonable timescale. I book and carry out our viewings as well as keeping our landlords up to date with the progress that we make.
I previously held a role in commercial lettings, but wanted a change to residential as it is a lot more faster paced. I enjoy speaking with tenants and landlords regularly and find it rewarding help tenants move into their dream home.
I have been working within the industry since 2011 and have loved every minute of it. I regularly carry out viewings, for both lettings and sales. My role also includes generating new properties to sell and let.
I have been working for Century Residential since 2012. My role includes liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure that any reported maintenance is completed within a timely manner.
I work in Property Management and am responsible for co-ordinating all our move ins. I prepare all of the legal documentation and ensure that the property is legally compliant before allowing the move in.
My role is to help tenants find there dream home. I am also responsible for generating new business and bringing on new landlords.
I have worked in various roles within the lettings industry, so i have a wide range of experience. My main role is to liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors and handle any incoming enquiries throughout the tenancy.
