At this point a confirmed completion date is agreed and both parties enter into a legally binding agreement to sell/buy the house.
Congratulations! This is the stage that you have successfully sold your home. The outstanding monies are paid by the buyer and sent to your solicitor ready for payment. Keys would usually be handed to our office ready for the buyer to collect.
